REGISTRATION FORMS AND FEES
The new Headquarters hotel will be John Ascuaga’s Nugget Casino Resort in Reno/Sparks, Nevada. All scientific sessions will be held there. Rooms are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, so make your reservations early, using the electronic forms (see below).
Early registration for the 2009 Annual Scientific Meeting is $425 for elected, dues-paying, or for retired members, and $575 for other scientific registrants. This fee covers attendance at the opening reception, a dinner, breakfast or lunch at poster sessions, and a program. Advance registration for Student/In-Training members and pre-doctoral students is $295, which includes everything listed above. For those attending pre- or post-meeting satellites, there is a one-day registration (Sunday OR Thursday only) of $150. Social registration (with accompanying scientific registrant) is $180 and includes the reception, dinner and food at posters. After April 10, the fees increase and are as listed on the registration form. The hotel registration deadline is April 10. A late-booking fee applies after that date. Because of the need to make guarantees to the hotel and insure adequate facilities and service for all attendees, the fees for those registering after May 8 are increased further. Requests for refunds must be postmarked by May 29, 2009. If you wish to register by mail, be sure to send the form (Meeting Registration and Hotel Reservation Form) and fee so that SAILAIR receives it no later than June 5, 2009 or you may be required to register again on site.
