In order to apply now, you must submit all of the following information and documents. If you do not have all of the documents, do not continue now. (If you submit incomplete information and documents, the data will not be saved.)

1. Current copy of Resume including contact information and previous travel fellowships.

2. A brief letter of application on university / institutional letterhead, indicating the type of award for which you are applying, why it is needed, and your reasons for attending the meeting.

3. A signed letter from your supervision stating that if you are selected you will attend the meeting.
